Tech follows the same programming principles as SOAR Fit, whilst applying an increased skill demand to become more effective across all movements.
It is for those wanting to perfect their skills and become more technically efficient in functional fitness.

It does not matter what season you are in, whether that is being a young mother who needs a space to bring her babies while she trains or a career driven individual who appreciates being around other Women.
Hāro ladies is a space to support, encourage and build self confidence by physically moving our bodies. It Caters to all fitness levels.
